The T Level approval window is now open
Providers who are eligible to start delivering NCFE T Levels from September 2023 are now able to apply for NCFE approval on our website. Providers who are currently delivering NCFE T Levels will typically gain approval for additional qualifications within one working day of their application.
If you're applying to deliver NCFE T Levels for the first time, you’ll require a T Level approval review. This must take place within 20 working days of the application, so please only apply when you’re ready. The approval criteria can be found on our website. We recommend gaining approval for all T Levels you’re eligible for, as you can defer delivery later.
Please note that there is a new process to follow when requesting approvals, as we’ve now integrated QualHub into our NCFE website, providing you with a seamless, single-website experience. You can request approval by following the steps below:
1. Visit the Technical Qualification page on the NCFE website.
2. Click ‘Deliver this qualification’ to request approval.
3. Follow the online instructions to fill out the request form. You’ll be allocated an External Quality Assurer to carry out an approval review and this must take place within 20 working days of submitting the form. You must ensure you’re able to support a visit within the next 20 working days before you submit your application as we’re unable to put your application on hold once submitted.
4. When completing the form, please have details of key staff, your national centre number (NCN) and UKPRN to hand. If you’re not currently an NCFE-approved centre, you’ll also be asked to upload copies of your centre policies.
