Key Dates Schedule

We want to remind you that you can access the latest version of the T Level Technical Qualifications Key Dates Schedule 2022/23 and 2023/24 here which includes the lifting of the 3 day window previously stipulated for some assessment windows and confirmed dates for assessment around the Kings coronation.

Key Changes in v1.4 (submitted and approved late September 2022)

Education and Early Years Occupational Specialisms

  • Note included to advise that, for Assignment 1 of Occupational Specialisms, although this is a window all students at a provider must sit this at the same time.

Digital Business Services Employer Set Projects and Occupational Specialisms

  • Pre-releases dates to providers brought forward by 1 or 2 working days to allow resources and materials to be disseminated internally before Easter holiday period.

Digital Support Services Employer Set Projects and Occupational Specialisms

  • Added missing pre-release dates for Employer Set Project and pre-releases dates to providers brought forward by 1 or 2 working days to allow resources and materials to be disseminated internally before Easter holiday period.

Health Occupational Specialisms

  • Pre-releases dates to providers brought forward by 1 or 2 working days, or to before Easter holidays, to allow resources and materials to be disseminated internally before Easter holiday period.

Health Employer Set Project

  • Inclusion of 2-hour preparation time reference to give clearer picture of total maximum student duration for this assessment.

Healthcare Science Employer Set Project

  • Amendment to summer 2024 task 3-5 dates to allow tasks to take place in the same calendar week.

Science Occupational Specialisms

  • Amendments to pre-release dates based on requirements for release to ensure providers only have it 7 working days before the assessment window. Also added missing pre-release dates for Metrology Science Occupational Specialism
  • Also, for Laboratory Science, amending window for Assignment 1 from a 7 week window to a single week, and subdividing the total time for Assignment 2 into separate Tasks.

Key Change in v1.5 (submitted and approved late October 2022)

All Qualifications

  • Amendment to results release for autumn windows, brought forward for Employer Set Projects to align with UCAS requirements.

Key Changes in v1.6 (submitted and approved December 2022)

Digital Support Services Employer Set Project

  • Amended pre-release, postponed by 9 days, to match assessment requirements.

Digital Support Services Employer Set Project and Occupational Specialisms

  • Amended pre-release to indicate that these should not be shared with students, they are for providers only. Also clarified that pre-release only relates to one of the pathways for Employer Set Projects.

Science Occupational Specialisms

  • Amendment to pre-release entries to indicate if these should be shared with students and at which point.

Key Changes in v2.0 (submitted and approved late January 2023)

 Digital Support Services Employer Set Project

  • Postponement of Tasks affected by announcement of King’s coronation bank holiday.

Heath Employer Set Project

  • Postponement of Tasks affected by announcement of King’s coronation bank holiday.

Healthcare Science Employer Set Project

  • Postponement of Tasks affected by announcement of King’s coronation bank holiday.

Digital Business Services Employer Set Project

  • Postponement of Tasks affected by announcement of King’s coronation bank holiday.

Science Occupational Specialism

  • Amendment to entry deadlines for Laboratory Science, in line with changes to first Assignment in series, above.
