Updates to support materials and new qualification materials now available: Network Cabling (Digital Support Services) 

We’ve made updates to our support materials and published new ones for Digital Support Services. You can find these materials on our qualification webpage. 

• We’ve updated the Guide Standard Exemplification Materials (GSEMs) for the Network Cabling occupational specialism (OS). We’ve updated Assignment 1 Task 1 to provide clearer examples for pass and distinction level responses.  

• We’ve made the Grade Standard Exemplification Material (GSEM) for the Network Cabling OS for the summer 2024 assessment series available to download. This document contains student responses and examiner commentary to support you and your students to prepare for OS assessments. Please note, GSEMs are only produced for OS assessments that had students sitting in summer 2024 and where appropriate exemplar work was available.
