Our Educator of the Year 2024: Pauline Strong
Following a successful career in West Mercia Police, where she worked in the intelligence, serious crime, domestic abuse and sexual offences, police training and criminal investigation department fields, our 2024 Educator of the Year Pauline Strong wasn’t looking for a restful retirement away from the sector.
Instead, she embarked on a new career in teaching, inspiring the public services workforce of the future and has delivered the uniformed public services courses at Herefordshire, Ludlow and North Shropshire College for the last 11 years.
Our Educator of the Year 2023: Lucy Sharp
Last year’s winner was Lucy Sharp, Education and Early Years T Level Coordinator and teacher at Derby College. Working extremely hard over the previous two years to develop the new Education and Early Years T Level, Lucy played an integral role in ensuring students received the best quality education and achieved the highest of their ability.
