Enter: Apprentice of the Year
Do you know someone who deserves to win the Apprentice of the Year award?
This award recognises an exceptional apprentice for their work, either within their apprenticeship workplace or in relation to their classroom-based learning. This may include high performance, innovative approaches to their work, going the extra mile, or using what they’ve learned during their apprenticeship to create an opportunity for themselves to strengthen their achievements.
What should my nomination include?
You can write up to 1000 words about why you’re nominating this apprentice for this award. Here are some top tips for what you could include:
- Has the apprentice exceeded expectations in terms of achievements or grades/performance reviews, or made significant progress since starting their apprenticeship?
- Has the apprentice had a wider impact on other apprentices or the way in which apprenticeships at the provider/employer will be delivered in the future?
- Has the apprentice gone above and beyond to make a difference – either for themselves, their peers, their employers, their place of study or their community?
- Has the apprentice undertaken any additional activities on top of their apprenticeship to further support their future?
Remember to read the terms and conditions before submitting your nomination!
