These workbooks have been developed to support year 7 to 11 learners who are studying this qualification. The content and activities in this workbook are intended to enhance knowledge of the relationship learners have with themselves, their own sense of identity, influences on them (including media and social media) and how these can impact on the decisions they make in relation to personal health and relationships.
