You said, we did!
Your feedback is important to us, and we use this to make improvements so that we can deliver world-class customer service. Below are some examples of improvements we’ve made following feedback from your quality assurance reviews:
I’d like a central area to upload my evidence to support my quality assurance review
Prior to your review, we’ll send you a link to OneDrive. Within this folder there’ll be subfolders to submit your evidence. For more information visit the preparing for a remote review page on our website.
This link can be shared with multiple staff members to support with uploading. Just let your External Quality Assurer (EQA) know who needs access and this can be arranged.
I find it confusing to know which folders to upload my evidence to
The OneDrive link includes folders to organise your evidence. For example, if you’re planning for an external quality assurance review, the OneDrive link will include folders for learner evidence, internal quality assurance, learner and centre feedback. If you’re planning for an annual monitoring review (AMR) the OneDrive link will include folders to match the criteria in the user guide to the annual monitoring review (AMR) report.
There’s still some overlap between the external quality assurance and AMR review
Our user guides to the AMR and external quality assurance review explain what will be checked as part of each review. The same evidence won’t be checked over both reviews, however, if something has been identified during an AMR review, the EQA may follow this up during their external quality assurance review. For example, if the Quality Reviewer identifies that the conflict-of-interest policy has not been accurately followed during the AMR review, during the next external quality assurance review, the EQA may include the relevant staff in their sample and ask how the conflict-of-interest policy has been applied. This could also happen if the EQA identifies something as part of the external quality assurance review which would be prudent to check as part of the AMR review.
If you identify any instances where overlap occurs, please let us know through our post review surveys or by contacting our Customer Support team on [email protected].
