You said, we did!
Your feedback is important to us, and we use this to make improvements so that we can deliver world-class customer service. Below are some examples of improvements we’ve made following feedback from your quality assurance reviews:
Available support when planning quality assurance reviews
Feedback to date was around the support available when planning quality assurance reviews. We have lots of information available for centres on our website:
- Our qualification pages provide everything you need to know about our qualifications
- When planning a quality assurance review, visit our pages below, which provide everything you need to know:
- For tailored support you can request a support review from one of our External Quality Assurer (EQAs)
- To discover events ran by our Provider Development team, visit our events page and register your attendance.
Standardised delivery approach for quality assurance reviews
We have a standardised delivery approach for our quality reviews to ensure centres receive the same level of support. Our standard process for each review is outlined below:
External quality assurance reviews
- Once learner registrations are made, you’ll be allocated an EQA who will contact you to plan their first review. We recommend you plan dates for reviews as early as possible to maximise the support available.
- On receipt of your assessment and internal quality assurance plans, the EQA will send you their sampling plan.
Annual monitoring reviews (AMR)
Once learner registrations are made, you’ll be allocated a Quality Reviewer who will contact you to plan their first AMR. A reminder email will be sent by the Quality Reviewer, ahead of the review. Prior to your AMR you will receive a OneDrive link to upload evidence. In line with our centre agreement, all centres must have an AMR each year.
