Important V Cert updates for 2024 performance tables

As we approach the end of the school term, we wanted to share some guidance with you to help you prepare for the first year of assessments on the reformed V Cert technical awards:  

• Ensure your Year 10 pupils are registered before the end of the summer term. Registering your pupils before you break up for summer will make sure you have swift access to the Non-Exam Assessment (NEA) brief when it’s released on 1 September. We’ll release the brief to you via the Portal, but can only do this if your pupils are registered. 
• Register to attend our Prepare to Assess training events taking place throughout September to help you gain confidence and understanding of the V Cert mark schemes.
