Updates to our online assessment platform Surpass

We've developed our online assessment platform, Surpass, to move all of our online assessments within this platform from Flash to HTML, due to the withdrawal of Adobe Flash Player. 

We're pleased to let you know that the developments are now complete and the Surpass platform is up to date. By using the platform, you’ll be able to access the latest HTML versions of our assessments, whether your learner is sitting an in-centre online assessment or a remotely invigilated one. 

If you have approval to offer remote invigilation, you’ll see small changes to the booking process. This new process is detailed in our Surpass user guides.  There will be no changes to the assessment process for learners although they’ll no longer need to have the Surpass Viewer installed for their remotely invigilated assessments.
