Workbook available for Level 3 Extended Diploma in Health and Social Care

A new workbook is now available for NCFE CACHE Level 3 Extended Diploma in Health and Social Care (Adults) (Northern Ireland) (603/5355/7).

We’ve produced a workbook and quiz (with accompanying answer books) for the anatomy and physiology for health and social care unit (F/617/6754), which can be used as a formative assessment tool to support centres when preparing learners for the externally set and assessed short answer question paper.

It is recommended to teach anatomy and physiology in a specific and prescribed way. By doing this, one organ system of the human body will lead seamlessly into the next so that knowledge can progress in a sequential and logical manner.

It’s important to ensure teaching aids are delivered in line with the mandatory teaching content for this unit within the Qualification Specification available on QualHub.

You can also access the Tutor Guidance available on QualHub which contains tutor hints, tips and teaching aids, including many links to useful websites, which were all accessible at the time of publication, for the four mandatory units within the qualification. These tools will assist you with the planning and delivery of the qualification.
