What can we help you find?

External Quality Assurance

If you have any learners who require their results on results days for any externally quality assured qualifications, please ensure you plan your review with your External Quality Assurer (EQA). EQA reviews must take place by the 31 July 2024 to guarantee results on time.  Learners who do not require their results on results days are not subject to these deadlines, so it’s important that the correct planned end date is recorded in the Portal for each learner. For further information, please refer to our preparing for external quality assurance reviews on our website.

Register your learners

If you have not yet registered your learners and they are due to complete in summer 24, you must do so as soon as possible. Our EQAs need at least 3 weeks notice to plan in an EQA review. Failure to register in advance or give us enough notice, will delay learner results.

Book your review

If you have learners completing in summer 24, you must ensure your EQA review is booked to take place on or before 31 July to guarantee results on results days.

Cancel bookings

Where learners are booked but no longer sitting the Summer 2024 Syn Pro, you must cancel their booking in the portal. For support on how to cancel booked assessments, please refer to the portal user guide.

Certification

Once your EQA has completed your review and banked any grades (if applicable), ensure you claim certificates in the portal. If you have direct claims status (DCS) certificates will be issued automatically or the EQA has 3 working days to sign off any claims. Once authorised certificates are issued within 24 hours.

Withdraw learners

If learners are registered on qualifications but are no longer completing, they must be withdrawn in the portal as soon as possible. This will ensure we have a clear record of leaners who are due to complete this session and will be able to offer you the appropriate support.
