Changes to Fees for CACHE Qualifications

Over the last year, we've noticed an increase in booking errors related to CACHE qualifications, particularly instances where learners have been booked under incorrect themes which causes additional administration and potential delays to marking. To address this issue, the existing fee will be applied in cases where a booking error has occurred and requires the transfer of a learner to the correct booking.  

The fee will display on your invoice as ‘Fast Track Entry Amendment’ for £56. This will be updated in July to ‘Late booking or entry amendment’ and will remain at the fee £56.  

We’re implementing this change to our fees and pricing structure as we understand the importance of clear and transparent invoicing processes, and we believe this adjustment will help provide clarity and consistency.
