Episode 4: Janet King and Anne Rodgers discuss career opportunities and advice for those entering the early years workforce
In this 'In conversation with...' episode, our Subject Manager for Education and Childcare, Janet King, sits down to chat with Anne Rodgers, an early years consultant with more than 40 years of experience working in the sector.
Anne discusses her background and the many roles and responsibilities that she's held, from being a nanny and nursery manager, to writing courses and doing examiner work for NCFE.
She also shares advice and guidance for those who are currently training in the early years area, as well as sharing what has kept her motivated and following her passion over the years.

Just ask! Find somebody that you admire in your setting and ask them. Learn from them, and learn as much as you can. That will give you the confidence to be able to move forward.
