Exams officer training to prepare for Health and Science T Level move to Pearson
The Health and Science T Levels are moving to Pearson for cohorts commencing in September 2026. Please join Pearson, who will support your transition and understanding of the administration involved, including gaining provider approval, making registrations and entries, and assessment scheduling.
Pearson will be running their annual exams officer/administrator training on Tuesday 4 November, 12-1pm. You can book your place via their training and admin support hub.

Updated materials for Generation 1 of the Health, Healthcare Science and Science T Levels
As previously mentioned, we’ve now stepped back as the awarding organisation for the Health and Science T Levels. We’ll continue to support all current second year students to success and will ensure a smooth transition for providers to Pearson. With this in mind, we've updated our suite of materials in line with the latest qualification specification updates. Please ensure you are using the latest version of these resources.
All materials can be accessed from the teaching materials tab on the relevant qualification page on our website. If you purchased the resources on or after Thursday 9 March 2023, they are available to download via the NCFE Resources Dashboard.

Amend to on-demand video for Science T Level
We’ve noticed an error in one of our on-demand videos for the Science T Level Laboratory Science: Occupational Specialism assignments 2 and 3. Although there have been no changes in the assignment requirements, our video states that:
- there is one practical task for assignment 2, and there are actually 2 - as per all previous series
- there are 3 tasks for assignment 3, there are actually 5 tasks - as per all previous series.
We’d like to apologise for any confusion this may have caused. We've updated the on-demand recording to clarify this, and it can be accessed here.
