Documents for Assignment 2 available on the Portal (Education and Early Years)
We’ve uploaded useful documents to the Portal to support your year two delivery. The documents must be completed by providers for the moderated Assignment 2, for both the Early Years Educator (EYE) and Assisting Teaching (AT) specialisms.
The documents include:
- Upload checklist: This should be used to guide you on what evidence should be uploaded to the Portal for moderation of Assignment 2. This should be uploaded per student to the Portal, alongside their evidence, for both the EYE and AT specialisms.
- Provider information document: This must be completed prior to moderation visits taking place. This document outlines information regarding provider details, assessor details, quality assurance processes, and industry placement details. This is reviewed by your allocated moderator before moderation visits begin taking place for Assignment 2. Please return this document to your moderator via email.
These documents were previously shared by your moderator using OneDrive, however as we’re now moving away from the use of OneDrive and towards the use of the Portal for EYE and AT, we have made these documents available in the ‘Assessment Materials’ area of the portal for you to access. You can find the documents by following the below steps:
- log on to the Portal
- go to the ‘Bookings’ tab and click ‘View Assessments’
- search for a batch number for students on the EYE or AT pathway
- select all students
- scroll to the bottom and click ‘view bookings’
- click the title of the desired component/assessment series
- you’ll see headings for each assignment, and the documents are located under the moderated assignment heading (Assignment 2B)
- click ‘Show Details’ to view the documents and then click them to download.
