An additional external quality assurance review can be requested once you’ve used up your 2 free reviews for the session.

There may be many reasons you need an additional external quality assurance review perhaps you have learners outstanding who require certification, or the External Quality Assurer (EQA) has identified actions that need to be completed prior to certification taking place.

An additional external quality assurance review can be carried out at your centre (site visit) or remotely. The approach should be discussed with your EQA before filling in this request.
