Late Grade submission

All learner grades for the synoptic assessment of V Cert qualifications should be entered into the NCFE Portal by the published timescales below.

Any grades that are entered into the Portal after the published submission date will be considered as a late submission and results aren’t guaranteed to be issued in time for results release day.

How to make a notification of a late grade submission

You must inform us as soon as possible if you know learner's grades will be submitted after the published submission date by completing the notification of late submission form below. This will ensure your EQA can arrange a suitable date for the EQA review to be able to sample and confirm grade outcomes. Once the review is complete certificates can be claimed.
