Accredit or endorse to support workforce skills development 

We know that there isn’t always a regulated qualification that matches an organisation’s requirements for staff training. Through our Accreditation and Employer Services, we can work collaboratively with you and your employer partner to accredit or endorse a programme that provides the skills that employees need to succeed in their role or progress. 

Then, depending on the learning outcome and assessment criteria required by the employer, we’ll give these programmes our stamp of approval as a Customised Qualification. 

Customised Qualifications are qualifications written by you and accredited by us, and these are unregulated. This means that they are not regulated by Ofqual and are not part of a qualification framework.  

This official recognition from NCFE will enable you to demonstrate quality and rigour to your customer or end user – helping you drive sales and improving the value of the qualification. Plus, you’ll retain ownership of the qualification content and delivery.
