Deliver our qualifications
We offer a vast selection of high-quality vocational and technical qualifications for schools, colleges, and independent training providers.
We believe that everybody should have fair access to the learning route that best suits them. We know that, combined with the right assessment and progression tools and support, learning empowers people with choice, offers opportunity and helps them reach their full potential.
Qualifications for schools
V Cert Technical Awards are vocational alternatives to GCSEs that hold performance points and are recognised in the Progress 8 measure. We also offer solutions that will help support intervention as well as offering progression, such as Functional Skills (English, maths and digital skills) and employability skills.
Qualifications for colleges
With qualifications across a broad spectrum of subjects, from Level 1 to Level 5, our qualifications are developed to give learners the knowledge, skills and experience they need to succeed and thrive, whether progressing into higher education or entering their chosen career. We also offer additional solutions including Functional Skills (English, maths and digital skills), bite-sized English and maths, study programmes and more.
Qualifications for training providers
From our end-to-end apprenticeships offer, which includes skills diagnostic and assessment tools, mandatory qualifications and end-point assessment, we support you to deliver quality learning and training that enables individuals to achieve their potential. Hundreds of our qualifications can be funded under various funding schemes, enabling you to offer fundable programmes of study that support retraining, and align to national and regional skills recovery plans. We also offer Accreditation and Employer Services for your in-house training.
To begin delivering NCFE qualifications at your school or centre, or to add new qualifications at a school or centre that already delivers our qualifications:
Search our dedicated website QualHub by sector, level, age group and more to view and shortlist qualifications.
Once your shortlist is complete, select ‘Request Approval’ and you’ll be able to begin our online application form. Once you’ve submitted the online form:
- If you work for a centre that is already approved to deliver NCFE qualifications, we’ll process your application and get back to you in one working day. Once approved, you can start registering learners.
- If you’re new to NCFE you’ll be contacted within 6 working days by an External Quality Assurer (EQA). Your EQA will arrange to visit you to ensure that you meet our criteria, you have all of the information you need, and that your paperwork is complete and up to date. After the visit, you’ll receive an approval email within 5 days.*
*Please note, we charge a single Annual Approval Fee which is not affected by the number of learners or variety of NCFE qualifications being delivered. The fee does not apply to centres offering our Accreditation Services only.
Centres outside the UK should consult our International website.
On our dedicated website QualHub, you’ll find:
- quality assurance advice – prepare for and request a visit
